Facial recognition technology is still controversial, but it
has developed in recent some years. Now this technology can recognize face with
high accuracy. In the earlier year,
Google banned on facial recognition technology in its Google glass wearable
technology until some laws standards are not developed in this regard.

Lately Apple Company won patent of Facial recognition
technology that’s why experts are expecting that probably Apple will use facial
recognition technology in its next iPhone version. On the other hand Obama
administration is also preparing laws for facial recognition. National
Telecommunication and Information Administration will conduct first meeting in
this regard in 2014 expectedly.
It is imperative to set some laws for facial recognition
technology because this tech can intervene in private lives of people. For that
very reason it is very necessary to review general aspects of legislation
before launching this technology.

Najwa this tech is being used for military purposes..i mean agencies have been using such tech, but in public it will be only for locking and unlocking limit of a phone.
