According to Dmitry Aksenove assertion, in few years call centre agents and customer representative officers will be replaced with  Artificial Intelligent (AI).  Dmitry Aksenov has been pursuing to prepare such computer or machine that can think like human does. Very talented 23 years old Dmitry Aksenov has stablished a company "London Brand Management".  Company provides services to those companies which like to outsource their work to third party. This system is also on the name of company name as  LBM (London Brand Management) which has been titled "The Brain". Users interact with LBM in the form of SMS or e-mail. This system has ability to reply within five minutes. Now-a-days Chris Brownridge director of BMW is using this technology in its new electric car " the i3"  to answer the basic questions about this car.


Brownridge says that "this technology is a super machine to answer the questions like human. As you speak with a professional representative of a company , similarly LBM  is able to answer perfectly."  Further he says that "this system works 24 hours and users may ask any sort of question that it can answer acitvely". Many users have already checked it. Human being takes some time to answer the questions but this machine takes no time to reply. According to Aksenov human takes three seconds to answer the question normally after reading it. LBM is able to understand the content of the question, it can remember your question and it can understand humrous sense as well. Aksenov assersts, this technology is a giant step of development in the field of Service Automation. Service Automation is a field in this era which converts human difficult works into machine.

LBM is based on cloud that means it's approacable from everywhere in the world such as Gmail and Facebook. It can answer thousands of questoin in one time. Its memory is very strong. The Brain technolody can work equal to thousands of call centre agent staff. Further Aksenov says "Human can store limited data in his brain whereas LBM can remember unlimited data."  It doesn't take rest at all, on the other hand call center agents work in different shifts and if an agent gets absent, it influences all the other shift. Company has to spend a lot of time on training for a new agent.


This company is focusing to take the place of traditional marketing and call center agents. NHS cancer hospital and a Japanese electronics company are going to avail this technology. Now-a-days LBM is working for these companies. Thousands of industries can avail this system. Interested will have to pay for this technology for one time only in against of implementing it for required brand. Once this technology is implemented, company issues a licence for the brand. This technology only learns once and works non stop then on whereas on a new employee company has to spend time and money both for training him, when the training is completed, company has to pay now monthly basis salary.


LBM company is the only company which is working on this technology. Microsoft and Google and other related all companies are working on Artificial Intelligence. IBM is the top listed in this work which has been working for two decades with many successes in this regards. Watson super computer is main success of IBM. Watson super computer works like an intelligent system and has ability to answer the question. In 2011 Watson super computer defeated humans in a TV show quiz competitions. However this system couldn't give answers of some questions due to less information about the questions in its data base. Watson super computer is being used health care departments &  available for trading works.

In next five years this system will surpass the human knowledge. Aksenov says, "It will do such complex works that human is doing now." For employees this news isn't good. I suppose this system will not be less than a blessing for companies, but unemployment will be influenced due to this system. In order to tackle this problem neither companies have a strategy nor Government so far.

Friends these aren't eatable cookies what you like to eat  and serve guests with tea. Actually these cookies are text files and websites save them in user's PC by means of bowers. Cookies consist of basic knowledge  about users. For the last two decades cookies have been with us. Web-savvy people have old acquaintance with them, but now the time has approached to farewell them. Now their technology isn't sufficient to fulfill current requirements. Microsoft & Google and other companies are fancying to go for alternative cookies to accomplish modern technology needs. For instance when a user logs out after logging in from Amazon website his name still appears on Amazon website in spite of being logged out. Similarly, you can see remember me check box in Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo account log in pages. If you tic the check box next time when you log in again, these sites will directly log in your account without asking for username and passwords. Cookies can only be read by only those sites which save them users PCs. Advertisement companies also use cookies for targeted advertisements. Therefore the use of cookies means a lot to advertisement companies.

Internet is no longer limited to computer and laptop, its also being used in cellphone, smart TV  and gaming console to a great extent. Internet users change their habits, but cookies are still in the same functional forms. Due to different use of devices for internet advertisement companies are unable to track the same user on different devices for that very reason advertisement companies are facing problems for their targeted advertisements. An other problem with simple cookies is being disabled by browsers. Due to their reasons cookies days are numbered. Microsoft and Google announced to prepare "Super cookies" which will be capable to track down the users on different devices. 

Since cookies directly concern to advertisement company and money therefore we can say top companies such as Facebook , Apple and Samsung will be in the favor of super cookies. How super cookies will work is still is unknown. It is considered that super cookies will connect serial numbers of different devices of user with their accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo. I got information from a resource that Google's cookies name is AdID. In some cases Facebook and Gmail companies have better knowledge than users know. These companies know that what type of product based website users have interest in. 

If I say these companies have the entire knowledge of users' digital life then I think would not be untrue. With the help of super cookies these companies will be able to know more about their users.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual exercise that gets you rid of anxiety, stress, depression and brings peaceful state in your life. Lately in a conference SIGACESS International conference of computing and accessibility in Bellevue Wash, on 21 Oct, 2013 students of University of Washington presented a unique and unprecedented technology for blind and low-vision people to do yoga practice  by means of auditory feedback called "Eyes-free Yoga". A small team of UW Kyle Rector who's pursuing doctoral degree in computer Science and Engineering faculty coded a program based on geometry and law of cosines which she associated with Kinect device of Microsoft. Program instructs the Kinect device to read user's body angles. Kinect is a device by Microsoft which deals with motionery sensors in Xbox 360 video game console and Windows PCs. There are six typical class poses (exercises) that Eyes-free Yoga can guide the blind or low-vision users, such as Warrior 1 and 2, Tree, Chair pose etc.

This technology reads the central area of the body and gives auditory feedback to confirm either the user's alignment is correct or not, after this Eyes-free yoga proceeds to head, neck, arms an in last legs. Julie Kientz a UW assistant professor in Human Centered Design and Engineering and Cynthia a research assistant in Computer Science  and Engineering worked with Rector in this project, they believe that Eyes-free yoga can transform a typical visual activity into something that blind can also enjoy. "I see this as a good way of helping people who may not know much about  yoga to try something on their own and feel comfortable and confident doing it," Kientz said. "We hope this act is a gateway to encouraging people with visual impairments to try exercise or broader scale."

Since Rector wasn't the yoga instructor that's why she met many yoga instructors and mentors to understand the exact alignment positions. When Rector accomplished Eyes-free yoga program, she herself practiced and made the mistakes deliberately to examine the performance of Eyes-free yoga. She was quite satisfied with the results of this technology. "I tested it all on myself so I felt comfortable having someone else try it," she said. Having tested herself she gathered 16 blind and low-vision people in which some were layman about yoga, some were with little experience of yoga exercises and some were regular yoga class pupils. Thirteen (81%) of 16 said they would recommend to let the people know about this handy program.

Rector and her partners chalked out to make it available on the internet open source , however there isn't any further updates about launching. I will post about it my next post as soon as I get further information about Eyes-free yoga.

According to new updates, Amazon is working on two Smartphones. Amazon is focusing to surpass the recent companies , such as Apple & Samsung in Smartphone technology. Therefore, Amazon is engrossed to develop such Smartphone in which there will be four cameras installed. Wow! really! yes friends and these four cameras will be able to manufacture 3D interface by recording user's eyes and face movements. The second Smartphone will remain same like others. There's a rumor about the second Smartphone that it will be offered complementary. However, Amazon has yet to make sure abut this rumor. Amazon had chalked out to debut these two Smartphones in the market in early time, but due to some hardware and software complexes delay prolonged up till now. It's expected that these two Smartphones will be launched in the mid of 2014. Most probably Amazon will use a modified FireOs version of Android.

I've been hearing about rumors for the last two years about releasing Amazon's two new Smartphones in the market, but still these Smartphones couldn't turn up with unknown reason. I suppose delay might be a market strategy. You know very well that how Apple & Samsung are casting a spell on users with their latest mainstreams and innovations in Smartphone series, for that very reason perhaps Amazon's think tank team is contemplating on a different innovation to draw users' attention toward it. Because precisely it is true that if Amazon introduces Smartphones without any specific modifications in them then its endeavor will go in vain because already there are two giant Smartphone companies are making the best in Smartphone products.

Last time when Amazon released its Tablet product, at that time Apple and Samsung were haunting in the market even though Amazon was able to make its well position in the market for its Tablet product. Sometime ago I also heard that Amazon was taking interest to develop console gaming based on Android system. This point confirms that Amazon's definitely working on Smartphones. When Amazon will launch them, is clueless so far. I suppose Amazon will make the most of its websites for advertisements about Smartphones because every fourth website belongs to Amazon in the world. Apple & Samsung don't have such platform.

A super Smartphone with four cameras installed will not only for manufacturing 3D interface, but also let the users to control it with their head and eyes movement commands. Second Smartphone which will be available contract and contract-off , offered free of cost. Indeed these two Smartphones won't be launched in this year. We can expect something in the mid of next year.

Friends I don't think so I need to give you the introduction of Google, the most widely used web-based search engine. Its inception turned up in 1996. Since then Google has become a first priority for searching on the internet in the world. Although its name was taken from "Googol" word, but now people are using Google word as a verb as well due its ubiquitous use among the people. It's incredible technology to present a big chunk of search results in a jiffy is the reason to be fancied throughout the world. Having been entitled for highly appreciations and a great success with flying colors, Google curiosity hasn't perished to unfold further techs in the race of technology revolution. For that very reason Google debut its mainstreams and innovations to take the world beyond the science fiction. Here are 3 cool innovative or path-breaking products that Google introduced time to time in years.

(1) GOOGLE GLASS

For the first time Google launched a wearable computing device in 2012 year. Before its launching it was only existing in Science fiction movies. It liaisons Android and tablets as an extension for them.  This handy gadget takes voice commands and performs tasks straight away for the following features:

Just like glasses you wear it has a revolutionary design. You can take photos and make videos. It has capacity to store up to 4 GB data in Flash drive. You just say "take a picture" to take picture completely hands-free.

You can make phone calls via voice command. You only have to say that "Call to xyz" person name from contact list. It is very useful at the time of driving, jogging & playing.

Google Glass can receive and send text message. You can read out the text and e-mails in front of your eyes and to reply only use voice command and say the body of texts or e-mails. If in case you can't read the e-mails you can listen to them.

Its a stunning feature of Google Glass that you can share your live functions, school shows and concerts t you friends, family members and colleagues in real-time to give the real experience of the event.

For instance if you want to know the history of America, just say "Search the history of America" Google Glass will pull out the information of American History Google and show on your screen.

If you are seeking locations, routes and street maps then Google Glass is only waiting for your voice command to show you the locations, 3D street maps locations straight away.

This feature can keep track of your daily routine, habits, such as when you leave for office or the route you take. It shows you the alternative routes when there is a traffic on the way.

Google Glass can translate your words, sentences and phrases from one language to an other language.

This feature gives weather update, forecasting rain, storm etc.

(2) GOOGLE BALLOONS


Friends you must have used balloons on your birthdays hanging them on the walls and doors. Normally balloons balloons are for children. Google also used balloons for a special purpose, not for its birthday. Google created Balloons to provide the internet access to those people who were deprived fro internet connectivity due to poverty, lack of infrastructure and a remote scale. This project of Google called "Project Loon" started in a Christ Church with Google's think tank. Firstly in New Zealand thirty balloons filled with helium gas sent in stratosphere at about 20 km (65,000 ft) height (which is twice higher than air craft fly) to examine the experiment.




After this experiment Google developed a big chunk of balloons for 5-7 Billion people to provide them internet in different countries. Balloons have a giant size. They transmit signals which are caught by antennas placed at workplaces and side of homes relay the internet. Since balloons can't stay at one place in the air that's why they're steerable and controlled from Google's Command Center. By this unique technology Google is able to produce 3G-like speed of the internet. AMAZING technology friends.

(3) GOOGLE DRIVELESS CARS


Google has a great vision to conquer the highest point of technology. Google prepared a driveless car to bring a revolution in automobiles world. X Lab of Google presented this idea and now a day busy in testing the driveless car with a company in Nevada, Florida and California in the US. At the moment Google hasn't unfolded that when it will launch these driveless cars in the market and commercialize them. According to reports, company may use for the local public transportation such as taxi etc.
